Combining an iconic location along the Weehawken, NJ waterfront facing Midtown Manhattan with modern design unparalleled in the area, Avora at Port Imperial has set a new benchmark for New Jersey Gold Coast luxury living.Developed by Landsea Homes, the 11-story, 184-home condominium building with hotel-inspired amenities is situated on a prime waterfront site facing midtown Manhattan, where residents enjoy stunning Hudson River and Manhattan skyline views.
“Avora has ushered in a new era of modern architectural design, superior amenities and services and stylish living spaces that is fulfilling our vision of transforming one of the most scenic stretches of waterfront into hand-crafted, thoughtfully designed homes.,” said Jill Preschel, Vice President of Sales and Marketing of the New York Metro Division. “We recently welcomed our first wave of homeowners to the building…”

Avora reflects Landsea Homes’focus on developing iconic projects that embody cutting edge design, forward-thinking amenities and sustainable building practices in prominent gateway locations like Northern and Southern California, Boston and New York.

The building was designed by world-renowned architects IBI Group to take full advantage of its waterfront location with a multi-tiered, stepped-back design that maximizes views of Midtown Manhattan and the Hudson River. This building is ultra contemporary, luxury, amenities, waterfront Weehawken. What’s different about it? It’s design (see photos), its unique layouts, and the fact that they are on track to receive a LEEDS SILVER designation!

Catering to buyers preferences, the developer in this case has created 85 different unit layouts, as well as an incredible sustainability program (see list at end of this email) including the fact that during construction approx. over 75% of the debris was diverted from landfills through sorting, recycling, reuse. Materials used to construct the new build contained 40% recycled materials, especially the steel and concrete. These materials were sourced locally (within 500 miles) to reduce greenhouse gases produced by transportation (trucking).
